Processing Times

In-stock candles: typically 3–5 business days to hand-pack and ship.

Custom / made-to-order vessels: typically 7–14 business days.

Peak seasons and launches may add 2–5 business days.
Carriers & Methods

We ship via USPS/UPS (standard, priority/expedited options shown at checkout).

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and speed.
Domestic (U.S.)

Estimated transit: 2–7 business days after dispatch (service-level dependent).

If a package is marked Delivered but missing, first check with neighbors/building management and your local post office/UPS. Email us if it does not appear within 3 business days.
International (incl. The Bahamas)

We’re happy to ship abroad. Duties, taxes, brokerage, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Transit times and customs processing vary. Refusal of a package due to fees will be treated as a return (less all shipping and any carrier return charges).
Warm/Cold Weather Advisory

Candles can soften in heat or crack in extreme cold. This is cosmetic and typically resolves at room temperature. If product integrity is compromised, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Address Issues & Returned Packages

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned for insufficient/incorrect address can be reshipped for an additional postage fee or refunded minus shipping.
Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Nicolette & Co. We craft each candle in small batches to ensure quality. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right within the guidelines below.
Eligibility

Unused items in original, resaleable condition may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.

To start a return, email support@nicoletteandco.com with your order #, reason, and clear photos (if applicable).

Final sale / non-returnable items: used or burned candles, partially used products, gift cards, mystery boxes, limited-release drops, and custom or made-to-order vessels.

Returns sent without approval may be refused.
Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method or store credit, minus original shipping.

If an item was part of a bundled/discounted set, refunds reflect the prorated value of the returned item(s).

Allow 5–7 business days after our receipt to inspect and process.
Exchanges

If inventory allows, we’ll exchange the item once the original is received. Otherwise, we’ll issue store credit/refund per the above.
Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nicoletteandco.com with:

Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved. We’ll replace or refund at our discretion.
Order Changes & Cancellations

We can usually modify or cancel within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production or packed.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we made an error. We recommend a trackable service.

A $5–$10 repacking/restocking fee may apply for opened but unused items that require reconditioning for resale.
Allergies & Scent Preferences

Fragrance perception varies. If you’re unsure about a scent, please order a sample/mini first.

We list known allergens where possible; however, it’s the customer’s responsibility to review ingredients and test first.
